Cancellation and Missed
Appointment Policy
Effective January 1, 2013
You will receive an email confirming your appointment
at the beginning of each week as well as a phone call 1-2 days prior to your
appointment.
We understand that things come up and you may need to change or cancel. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible so we can try to fill your
time. If
you call or email us to cancel, you will not be billed for your cancelled appointment. Please know that
we may or may not be able to reschedule your dog's
grooming depending on the groomer and her appointments scheduled for the week.
If we arrive at your house and you aren’t there, the full cost of the appointment will be billed
to you. It is standard policy for us to call all phone numbers that we have on file and wait 15 minutes
in the event that you are running late. In addition, we are more than happy to accommodate your needs if you will not
be home during your dog's appointment. We have many clients who give us garage codes or leave keys so that you would
not have to physically be home when we arrive. Please make these arrangements prior to your appointment
with either Lori, Catie or your groomer so we can make a note of your instructions. If we have never groomed your dog(s)
before, unfortunately, we cannot let ourselves in to your home, and you would have to be there for your appointment.
